Frazer John Recruitment is currently partnering with one of Europe's largest, privately owned health care organisations, assisting them in their search for an experienced Resourcing Business Partner.

The business in question has grown rapidly, via acquisition over the last few years and is a major leader in their area with over 600 practices across the UK.

Act as the key finance business partner to a Field-based Operational management team within one of our Region's. Lead the analysis and communication of the weekly & monthly reporting, as well as annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Final sign off for the monthly Management Accounts for a Region. Responsibility for analysis of a key component part of the Profit & Loss Account, such as Overheads. Take the Finance lead in strategic projects such as Private Revenue growth.

The key responsibilities are:-
  • Provide weekly support and challenge to the Field management teams, which will broadly consist of a Director of Region and around 10 Area Development Managers
  • Improve and manage weekly analysis and communication of Regional performance, looking at NHS and Private Revenue, as well as Operational KPI's such as revenue per hour, utilisation, availability
  • Play a key role in the induction process of new Area Development Managers, and Practice Managers where appropriate
  • Produce the NHS fees for a Region for the monthly Management Accounts, which is a c£60m per annum per region. Region is likely to consist of 170 practices with a combined turnover of c£120m
  • Final review and sign off of practice, area, and regional monthly P&L accounts from Revenue to Practice EBITDA for allocated Region
  • Lead the Regional quarterly Forecast process, with the output being a robust forecast from Revenue down to Practice EBITDA
  • Lead the Regional annual Budgeting process, covering Practice P&L items from Revenue down to Practice EBITDA
  • Responsible for the Commercial analysis and business partnering with key stakeholders for a significant component part of the Profit and Loss Account, which will be one of Dentist Fees (£230m spend)
  • Materials and Labs (£60m spend), Staff Costs (£90m spend) or Other Overheads (£22m spend)
  • Finance representative for key commercial projects, aligned to the key focus area
The successful candidate has:-
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, able to interact effectively with a range of levels and functions within the organisation
  • Able to travel to allocated region on 1 or 2 days per week
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work to, and meet, key deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Logical, structured thinker
  • Team player & relationship builder
  • Strong business partnering experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
  • Qualified with a professional accounting body (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
Our client are offering a fantastic remuneration for this role, offering up to a basic salary of £50,000 plus car allowance.
