Change and Engagement Communications Specialist 12m FTC

We’ve already made great progress but we know there is much more to do. That’s why we’re looking for a Change and Engagement Communications Specialist to join us on a 12m FTC to define develop and deliver multi-channel and group-wide change communication plans as we transform as an organisation.
What we are looking for
Working closely with our leadership, People, Business Change teams and employee representative groups, it’ll be your role to deliver communication plans that embed change within the organisation and deliver our employee engagement objectives aligned to our purpose, ambition and values.
You’ll need to be confident and experienced in influencing and negotiating at senior levels, with an understanding of commercial imperatives to help deliver better commercial results.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of creating impactful and engaging communications content for internal audiences, great communication skills and have planned, managed and executed multi-channel messaging and campaigns across a group business infrastructure
