This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationwide brand; as the leading home improvement company in the UK with an established brand for over 50 years including manufacturing, supply and installation of their quality products to over a million customers throughout the nation. We are now looking to appoint a Senior Installations Manager to join our team in Wakefield.

We aim to deliver an excellent experience for all our customers, as a Senior Installations Manager, you will motivate and manage a group of Field Managers, Service Engineers, Surveyors and installers & allied trades; ensuring induction and compliance of Company Policies & Procedures.

Candidates for this role must have previous experience of managing high volume residential or related construction projects. With a strong customer focus and a positive can-do attitude, you will have excellent people management and communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast paced, target driven environment.

Experience required:

    Previous experience of working in a large company, managing a medium sized team with a previous track record of working in a similar fast paced, growing environment. You will have the experience of managing revenue, gross profit margins, first class customer service, variable installation costs and also manage working in progress schedules.Strong communication skills together with the ability to manage and motivate great staffKnowledge of the home improvements industry (desirable)The ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast paced environment.Full clean driving license
