You will be working alongside existing staff and be mentored and trained to carry out the following duties:
- Hardware and software updates
- Onsite desktop and IT support via both phone and email
- Fix problems and provide additional support in relation to IT
- Remote support
- Utilise the ticketing system to record activity
Training to be provided:
- Level 4 IT Professional
- Project & Effective Communication in Business
- Systems Development
- IT Virtualisation
- Emerging Technologies & Newtork Technologies
- Data Communications
- Configuring Windows Server 2012
Skills and qualifications required:
- 5 GCSE's A-C grades, including Math's and English
- Level 3 or equivelant in ICT
- Passion for IT
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge on Windows OS
- Hardware knowledge would be beneficial
- Be able to take on new responsibilities and understand new technologies

Upon completion of this apprenticeship programme, there are real progression opportunities available. Along with your employer, you may decide to progress onto permenent full-time employment.
Salary, hours and benefits
- £12k - £14k
- Full time (40 Hours per week)

This role is located in Linford Wood Business Park, Milton Keynes with easy access to local public transport links from wider areas.
