Learning Manager - £65k - London

Our client is a globally renowned financial services organisation who are going through an exciting period of growth and change. They are looking for a highly innovative, consultative, impactful L&D Manager to lead the Learning offering for an exciting part of their business.

This is a role which will be a career-defining move and give you exciting experience and opportunities moving forward. This is a newly created position and a great opportunity for someone to utilise their current skill set and further evolve it in an entreprenurial envionment.

Learning Manager - £65k - London - Key Responsibilities

  • Consulting with your client group and key senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level to identify key focus areas and gaps.
  • Designing and delivering a range of learning solutions, being creative and innovative to challenge and grow employees within the area.
  • Focusing on developing the potential of your employee base, giving them the tools to reach their potential in a flexible, agile way.
  • Taking a proactive, thoughtful approach to L&D dependent on the needs with a range of solutions including e-learning, coaching, classroom-based programmes, 1 to 1s and any creative solutions you think would have an impact across such a key part of the business.

Learning Manager - £65k - London - Key Skills

  • Experience taking a truly consultative approach with the ability to analyse, make suggestions and push back where necessary to develop a highly regarded L&D plan for your area.
  • A coach by nature, with the ability to build relationships and gain buy-in at all levels.
  • A creative, engaging and forward thinking personality with the resilience and tenacity to hold your own and guide the business area and it's employees to further develop themselves with your support.
  • Experience in a large-scale consultancy or experience developing L&D across a greenfield site would be hihgly advantageous.
