MHA is a charity providing care and support to over 17,000 older people across the UK. We run various different groups and clubs across Northampton and have plans to develop more in the future. We also operate Care Homes and Retirement Communities. We rely on raising charitable funding to support our services.

To help support our current work and to enable us to do more for more older people, we're looking for an experienced fundraiser with a track record in securing funds and who can work on their own initiative within an operating framework.

You will be part of a newly established community fundraising team. Based from the Northampton Live at Home Scheme on Park Avenue, you will have a strong dotted line of accountability into the well-established national fundraising team. A full, bespoke induction will be provided, with regular on-going support to get you up and running and then beyond. The successful candidates will be able to manage a busy and varied workload, have excellent people skills and be confident to take ownership of fundraised income targets within the area of responsibility. You will be required to seek out as well as organise various fundraising opportunities to engage with and secure income from individuals, groups and corporates.
