I am working with a growing business based in Warrington looking for an Accountant/Payroll Specialist to join their highly successful team. If you have knowledge of payroll, Excel and balance sheet reconciliations this could be right for you.
- Managing relationships with external payroll providers in the UK and Internationally and liaise with them to ensure a smooth process takes place
- Analyse the payroll process, focusing on spend and commission packages to ensure payroll function is running effectively
- Balance sheet reconciliations on each of the payroll accounts
- Provide all the necessary info to external payroll providers following analysis
- Reconciliation of payroll accounts
- Manage the payroll function is at goes through regular periods of change due to company growth
- Data manipulation using Excel to get management and payroll information
- Develop and improve payroll processes
- High attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Balance sheet reconciliation knowledge
- Qualified or QBE In ACCA/ACA/CIMA desirable
- Extensive payroll knowledge
- Highly analytical
