We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to be based in our central London office, working as part of our Health & Wellbeing division.

Under the direction of the Finance Director and business partnering with the Operations Director, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing robust monitoring, reporting and forecasting. They will ensure strong financial controls throughout the company's processes and systems. Supporting activities will encompass a range of performance criteria and providing proactive analysis and insight on business performance.

Key Tasks:

  • Producing weekly analysis and Gross Margin Reports and responding to relevant queries raised by operational and senior staff.
  • Preparation, analysis and review of monthly Management Accounts. Calculation and input of accruals/prepayments and regular journals.
  • Reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts and regular maintenance of supporting schedules.
  • Production of accurate and on time management information
  • Process analysis and review. Including implementation where appropriate
  • Leading cost saving initiatives and reviews
  • Various analysis covering productivity and business performance
  • Applicants must have proven experience in a similar role and must be able to demonstrate strong business partnering skills and customer focus, with experience of solving queries within fixed time scales and manipulating large volumes of data. You will have achieved or be working towards ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, and experience of working in the healthcare sector or the recruitment industry would be a distinct advantage.

    This role is based in our central London office, but there will be the requirement for you to travel to regional offices on occasion.
