We are looking for a Lead Independent End-Point Assessor in Business Skills, to work for a regulated awarding and approved End-Point Assessment organisation., to drive outstanding practices and to support and coach their EPA's to deliver and achieve excellent teaching, learning and assessment to their Assessors.

The role is predominantly home based, however the successful applicant will need to be prepared to travel to conduct observations on other EPA's and assessors.

To be considered you will need:
- Good knowledge of End point Assessment on a variety of Standards including Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leader/Supervisor and Operational Management to level 5.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office software and e-portfolio systems
- Evidence of assessing learner competence, at the level or above of the end-point assessment or as specified in the assessment standard
- Hold sector specific qualifications, assessor, and IV qualifications (e.g. A1,V1, TAQA etc) and/or as specified in the assessment standard
- Qualified to Management L5 or equivalent
- Experience of leading meetings/structured interviews/discussions
- Evidence of commitment to maintaining CPD, in line with my clients Assess/end-point assessment standard requirements
