They are staffed with a dedicated team of experienced lawyers and support staff who pride themselves on delivering tailored services to suit individual client needs. They are now seeking an experienced and equally, client-focused Commercial Property Lawyer for their office in Orpington, on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role
We are now seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for a well-regarded and expanding team in Orpington, Kent. With a minimum of 2 years’ experience, applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executive who can handle a diverse and complex caseload and work alongside senior fee earners. Possessing excellent client care, your matters will include: landlord and tenant matters; rent deeds; development projects; sales and purchases; drafting and renewals and; negotiations. Hitting the ground running, you will be comfortable handling high-value transactions.
The successful Lawyer will benefit from joining a professional team whilst communicating in a clear and concise manner at all times. Willingness to participate in business development and networking initiatives is a prerequisite to helping develop the department and firm as a whole. In return, the firm offers excellent salary and great career prospects.

The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Commercial Property department.
Comfortable handling high-value transactions.
Willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.
Handle a diverse caseload to meet key deadlines
Good negotiating skills is beneficial.
