Accounts Payable Administrator

Whitehall Garden Centre, a family run and award winning business, creating delightful experiences for garden lovers, foodies and children of all ages.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a small, busy Finance Team as an Accounts Payable Administrator.

The days of work are flexible but are anticipated to be approx. 24 hours a week.

Main responsibilities are:

·Managing receipt of supplier invoices via email & post and ensuring invoices are authorised by the appropriate manager

·Processing of invoices onto supplier accounts

·Answering supplier queries via the phone and email.

·Undertake regular supplier reconciliations and ensuring copies of any missing paperwork is sought promptly.

·Create a positive and professional relationship with all suppliers and colleagues.

This role will suit someone with the following skills:

·Previous Accounts Payable experience is essential

·Good communication and customer service

·Works well within a team

·Good IT skills
