Job Description

The Channel Manager develops, manages and grows relationships with channel partners across the EMEA region. Working with channel partners, the Channel Manager is responsible for driving opportunities and revenue by developing, managing, and growing channel partner relationships across the EMEA region. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the current channel partner network - maximising revenue by ensuring the partner has the right tools and training to effectively sell QSR's software
  • Sourcing new channel partners who are strategically positioned to help support new and existing product portfolios across select regions
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Lead, develop and manage a high performing team of individuals within each partner to execute the relevant priority Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, ensuring optimum customer success in territory
  • Drive global best practice in all aspects of partner management, including onboarding, operational efficiency, channel portfolio management, and customer success

The Successful Applicant

To be successful as Channel Manager, you will have:

  • 5+ years in a sales channel role within an international SaaS organisation
  • Demonstrable experience in maximising revenue through a channel focused business model
  • Examples of sourcing new, strategic channel partners who have directly and positively impacted your company's bottom line
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A good understanding of international business and the differences in regional approach
  • A good commercial acumen with a natural ability to influence at all levels
