A worldwide leading FMCG manufacturer with products selling in over 120 countries, are seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join their team. The role will be very hands on across all digital and ecommerce channels; social, affiliates, display, retargeting, PPC and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years’ experience working in a fast-paced Consumer Goods organisation.

You will organise the company’s E-Commerce marketing goals by planning, developing and implementing E-Commerce strategy within the UK market.

A summary of what you’ll do:

? Affiliate Campaign Management and Branding
? Management of a Digital Marketing Executive
? Management of remarketing / Display, SEO and Paid Social campaigns.
? Minimum 6 years of global marketing experience
? IMC marketing, campaign, promotional strategy planning experience
? Research and create brand partnerships
? Work with external SEO agencies to drive digital marketing traffic and ecommerce sales growth
? Work collaboratively with the Brand Marketing, Digital Creative and CRM teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
? Working across the business to plan and schedule seasonal/yearly product launches.
? Analyse competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
? Create weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs for digital channels.
? Research new and expanding markets/influencer's in order to increase exposure.
? Working alongside design, production, PR and trading in order to streamline relevant messaging.

What we need from you:

? Must have. 4-8 years’ experience in an FMCG/ Consumer goods e-commerce environment
? Excellent communication skills, with both agency and in-house teams.
? Have excellent written English and proof reading skills.
