Solutions Account Manager - Required Skills / Experience:

  • Proven track record with the IT Sales industry
  • Experience of working towards/exceeding sales targets
  • Consultative approach towards sales
  • Highly knowledgeable / Eager to develop knowledge on product portfolio
  • Proactively engages customer account set
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to support and drive product range
  • Track record in building relationships

Solutions Account Manager - Key Functions:

  • Identify and establish new customer accounts (e.g., call dormant accounts, obtain leads from vendors)
  • Maintain and grow business with existing accounts
  • Support external sales in managing account administration
  • Generate and provide customer quotes for standard/pre-designed solutions
  • Follow up on customer quotes
  • Consult with customers in selling and supporting products and services
  • Provide product presentations and sales training for assigned accounts.
  • Identify cross selling opportunities within products and services portfolio
