IT Support Engineer - Managed Services - Microsoft

Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria - £20,000 - £25,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + Excellent Benefits


IT Support Engineer Role required to join an award-winning IT Service Provider based at its office in Barrow-in-Furness. The business is currently looking to recruit more talented people to help them grow, this role will be a mixture of remote support and out on site.

The Role of an IT Support Engineer will involve working with and supporting multiple company's IT systems, diagnosing both software and hardware faults and solving these client problems using both remote networking and through client site visits. You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer care whilst providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line. This role requires a mixture of both office based and field based support work to customers.

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional interest in IT, networking and IT infrastructures.

Extensive use of all currently supported Microsoft Operating Systems as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other software packages including sage.
