We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a growing organisation based in their Trafford Park office. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be fully responsible for the management of the purchase ledger. This role is initially for 3 months but there is a potential for it to go permanent.

The Role

• High volume invoice processing
• Match, batch and coding invoices and uploading invoices to Sage 50
• Preparation of supplier payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliation's
• Liaising with and resolving supplier queries
• General administration duties

The Person

• 2 years’ minimum experience in a similar role
• Experience in complex query resolution
• Sage 50 experience
• Intermediate Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical with fantastic attention to detail
