Our award winning agency are looking for an accounts assistant to join our busy finance team. Reporting to the Financial controller. What will you do?

Processing and payment of monthly supplier invoices

Inputting of monthly credit cards

Collating the twice weekly payments schedule for 1000 teachers

Liaising with consultants and umbrella companies

Assisting with HMRC on-shore intermediary reporting

Updating weekly revenue reporting for individual business units

Assisting the senior credit controller with weekly invoicing

Undertaking regular credit control & updating cash collection

Inputting monthly overseas accounting results

Loading and analysis of monthly employee expenses

Other Ad-Hoc duties as required

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

* You must be a confident user of excel.
* An interest in accounting/finance, with a view to develop a career within the profession
* Professional outlook and demeanor
* A good level of initiative and innovative thinking to identify and solve problems.
* Very good communication skills are required as the role will be working closely with all levels of management
* A can do attitude and a willingness to learn


Base salary of £17,000 - £19,000
Study Package
Quaterly Bonus
