Our Client:

Our client has a team of 10 inside sales reps based in their UK HQ in Reading town centre. They sell a range of software products focused on the manufacturing and engineering sectors and have been one of the most successful companies in this for over 30 years.

Each person is responsible for covering a different European country so they have a multitude of nationalities working in the team.

Recently one of the team was promoted into an external sales position and as a result an opportunity has arisen to back-fill this role in the Inside Sales team. As a result we are looking to hire on their behalf a bi-lingual person to replace this person. In terms of languages we can consider anybody with one of the following languages, in addition to fluent English, German, French, Spanish or Italian.

The Role:

The role will involve selling their range of software into a wide range of relevant businesses. You will be responsible for generating interest in the product via both outbound calling campaigns and also handling any enquiries / leads coming in from their various marketing activities and trade shows.

Due to the nature of the software and the people that you will be selling into there will be a lot to learn, but full training will be given to the successful candidate. However the key thing that we are looking for is attitude and positivity and the willingness to learn. Some previous phone based sales or customer services would be a definite advantage.

Interviews will be conducted during March and it is envisaged that the successful candidate will be in place by April 2018.
