Client Partner – (Marketing Agency) - Cheltenham

Salary £45,000 to £60,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a thriving direct marketing agency for a talented Client Partner. You will need to develop strong Client relationships – you will need to be seen by the client as both authoritative and knowledgeable of the clients’ business, strategy and the market sector.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering insight to clients that give the client real competitive advantage along with working with the Client Service Manager’s on producing a client development strategy and individualised plans in order to grow your accounts.

You will also be responsible for leading your team on delivering a service that is fit for purpose, delights the client and gives the client competitor advantage - achieved by identifying and understanding the client needs and exceeding client’s expectations consistently, by adding value to their business. And which ultimately generates a mutually beneficial and profitable relationship.


* Listen to clients’ needs and requirements and liaise with internal departments across the company to innovate for clients so that we continuously review and challenge the status quo and open up new opportunities for clients
* Direct line management of the client services team working with you on your client accounts, responsible for personal development and performance
* Chair and lead client management meetings to review plans and review performance in delivering to client requirements
* Manage (with the support of your senior CS team) the commercials for your clients (meeting profitability, revenue and growth targets) and identify any issues/opportunities in achieving set targets
* Production of contracts and service level agreements and ensuring services are delivered in line with these agreements
* Represent and enhance the company’s reputation and standing in the industry
* Develop a spirit of partnership with key client stakeholders
* Become the main strategic point of call for client stakeholders with regards to all activity
