About The Role: Seeking an organised Accounts Assistant to join a small office within an expanding business in Northampton. You will deliver an effective, systematic and prompt purchase ledger, credit control and cash allocation operation within the finance department. Duties include processing purchase invoices, credit notes and adjustments, managing the accounts payable query register and reconciling supplier statements.
Requirements: You will have worked within a finance administration role previously, and preferably as an Accounts Assistant for two years. You must be experienced with Excel, Sage and SAP and ideally be AAT Level 3 qualified.
