Admin & Accounts Role

Our client is looking for a full time admin and account assistant to join their team. The role is based in Scarborough.

SALARY: £21,000 - £24,000

Responsibilities and Duties:

*Running of all day to day finances
*Bookkeeping via Sage 50
*Bank reconciliation
*Quarterly VAT returns
*General administration duties

Candidate requirements:

*Previous experience running daily finances in a busy environment
*Qualification through AAT Level 3 or 4, ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience
*To be able to work in an open office, work well within a small team with a hands on approach
*Have a good knowledge of MS Office
*Good attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
*Advanced IT skills (excel in particular)
*Extensive knowledge of Sage 50
*Knowledge of payroll will be an advantage

The ideal candidate needs to have a qualification through AAT Level 3 or 4, ACCA, CIMA.
