We are currently recruiting for an energetic Press Assistant to join our Press Team for 12 months. Working very closely with the buying and design teams your role will be to help maximise media coverage and exposure for the brand.

Working between our Head Office and showroom in Central London, this is a challenging role operating in a fast paced and responsive environment. Decisions are made and acted on quickly (as our product changes very frequently). The brand is currently performing very well and so it is extremely important that the PR team focus on the future – finding new and interesting ways to support and sustain press activity.

In this role, you will:

  • Managing press requests for samples, images and prices
  • Coordinating with buyers for new product launches and samples
  • Supporting PR team with seasonal and ad hoc events
  • Responsible for showroom visual merchandising and sample replenishment
  • Daily liaison with key fashion media and influencers
  • Press release writing for new collections
  • Keeping press databases up to date
  • Assisting with gifting send outs and VIP requests
  • Managing general administration for the team

WE KNOW WHAT WE’RE DOING… and we know exactly what experience we’re looking for!

  • Work experience in either a Press Office with a high street fashion retailer or with at least 2 fashion magazines
  • Previous experience using PR Shots
  • Good knowledge and contacts across womenswear media and social influencers
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • The ability to generate new ideas and make things happen
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
