Position: Supported Living Co-ordinator
Location: Gedling Borough Nottingham
Job Type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week – 4 days per week
Salary: £18,657 - £25,764 per annum dependent on experience pro rota (pay award pending)

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of their supported living offer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the delivery of the supported living housing services which will crucially include liaison with the support provider’s and the County Council.

In particular this will include relevant monitoring activity, updating operating agreements, specialist tenancy support, as well as the management of health and safety, voids and lettings and liaison with other agencies.

About you:

You will possess a passion for making a difference and have relevant housing and / or support experience as well as experience of working with vulnerable people. You must also be flexible and able to travel between accommodation locations.

You may have experience of the following: Support Worker, Care Worker, Care Staff, Personal Assistant, Care Assistant, Support staff, Social Care Worker, Community Care Worker, Residential Care Worker Senior Support Worker, Senior Care Worker, Senior Support Assistant, Community Services, Community development, Advocacy, Independent Living Officer, Independent Living Worker, etc.
