Sound good so far? Then this is the perfect position for you and you are just the individual that we are looking for!

The Job:

Reporting to the Head of Production, you will oversee that the Bookings Co-ordinators/PA’s assist with the coordination of work correctly, and the scheduling of the technical and creative services personnel responsible for completing it. Manage all of the resources inside the facility, and schedule jobs to control and manage the workflow. They are responsible for client liaison and account handling, and for maintaining regular contact with clients.
Ensure that Bookings Co-ordinator/PA’s understand the application of equipment, the capabilities of the facility's resources, and the cost-effective and practical methods of scheduling work through the facility. They must have a working knowledge of the company's technology, know how long each job will take, and what skills are available.

The Fit:
You will be responsible for managing the bookings team, ensuring that there are always clear and open lines of communication and the management of the organization of transmission copy and dub orders.
You will be expected to take general calls, deal with new enquiries and always ensuring that the clients feel they are being cared for.
As Senior Scheduler, you must assist producers as required, checking with the head of production where their assistance is most required and inform operators of start times.
Using your high organisational skills you will need to ensure that the time allotted to jobs is the most efficient so that clients do not get turned away due to lack of resources.

The Experience:

The successful candidate must have a broad knowledge of online facility services, infrastructure and VFX pipelines and the ability to liaise well with both clients and staff.

You will have experience in a busy commercial bookings environment and have a high level of organisation skills, negotiation and budgeting skills.
You must possess initiative and problem-solving skills alongside basic IT skills and precision attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and effective team management skills are essential.

The Package:
In return, the Senior Scheduler will receive a salary between £30,000 - £40,000 and benefits which includes Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance/Life Assurance, Company Pension, Corporate Eye Care, Personal Accident and Company Sick Pay. Additional benefits such as Dental Insurance, Childcare Vouchers, Gym Membership, Charity Donations, Employee Offers, Retail Vouchers and Season Ticket Loan are offered at a discount on a salary sacrifice basis.
