Your new role
Will be to define, manage and deliver several projects in relation to a major pan-European Contact Centre migration and centralisation programme. Projects managed are typically medium to large size and content and/or complexity are likely to be unknown, and are delivered across several functional groups or divisions. A technical element may be included. Ensures that the projects produce the required deliverables to the agreed standard of quality and within the specified constraints of cost, risk, time and benefit.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrable experience of project management on similar Contact Centre Migration projects working on Cisco and Verint platforms. Must understand Contact Centre Operations in general. Practical experience of working on a Contact Centre Migration project - ideally to an overseas location. Experienced in number Testing activities prior to go live. Experience in multi-disciplined and commercial environments. Knowledge and demonstrable experience of project planning processes, techniques and methodologies Developed and proven stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict management skills Owns and resolves escalated project issues Ability to understand and manage multiple project risks dealing with uncertainty, whilst being proactive and forward-looking In depth knowledge of strategic business objectives, drivers and complex organisational designs. Likely to have PRINCE 2, APMP or other recognised industry qualification
