Your new company
My client a high end and prestigious organisation is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Bookkeeper on a permanent basis. This position is available on a part-time basis working approximately 25 hours per week over 5 days. You will be based in beautiful surroundings on the outskirts Gloucestershire working within a relaxed and trusting environment.
Your new role
This position has arisen to support the organisation with all aspects of running the day to day finance and administration for the organisation. Your main responsibilities will include; processing purchase and sales invoices, processing BACs payments, sending out supplier statements, bank reconciliation, chasing outstanding payments, VAT returns, processing the payroll from start to finish and supporting with general office management and providing administrative support.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have recent experience working within a similar bookkeeping position. It is essential that the successful candidate is self-motivated with excellent organisation skills and the ability to task prioritise. Previous experience using Xero is advantageous but not essential along with AAT qualification.
