Fit for Sport are looking for motivated, engaged and enthusiastic Customer Relations Advisor to join our team, based in our Head Office in Brentford. This is a maternity cover contract for 1 year on full time basis (40hrs a week). Hours of Work: Monday to Friday with 2 shift patterns (7am – 4pm and 10am – 7pm)

Customer Relations Advisor Responsibilities:
• To work effectively with the Business Development, Operations and Marketing teams, to ensure all communications are delivered successfully
• Producing tax letters for customers
• Obtaining HMRC Registrations
• Processing not on registers documentation and obtaining payment
• Obtaining payment for outstanding balances for voucher bookings where payment has not been received
• Allocation of payments for bookings made by child care vouchers following the prescribed process
• To answer telephone calls to Fit For Sport customers in a professional manner.
• To explain Fit For Sport Services to customers on the telephone with the aim of securing sales
• To make outgoing calls to customers on the Fit For Sport database in order to generate new sales
• To ensure unpaid bookings are managed daily and all voucher payments are processed
• To reply to all daily enquiry emails within 24 hours, such as refunds, reconciliations, complaints and issuing credits.
• Identifying and removing ghost bookings
• To maintain and develop the bookings database system and associated procedures
• To check merchandise stock and place orders on an as and when required basis
• To ensure that the FFS vision is at the heart of everything you do.
You may be required to perform other duties that are not listed but are in line with your job role.

Customer Relations Advisor Experience:
• 3+ years of independent work experience in an clerical role or Customer Service role.
• Database user
• Office supply inventory, purchase and restocking
• Sales and administration

Customer Relations Advisor Knowledge:
• Customer service best practice
• MS Office including Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
• Comprehensive knowledge of standard office practices and equipment
• A good working knowledge of IT
• Dealing with client enquiries and complaints
• Basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of school services and school funding

Customer Relations Advisor Skills/Aptitudes:
• Ability to perform detailed work with accuracy
• Adjust plans, workload and priorities as demands change
• Ensure performance and quality standards are met
