CRM & Loyalty Campaign Executive is required by my market leading retail client.

Job Purpose

This role will support my clients email planning, building and delivery as well as ongoing management and support of their reward programme.

Key Responsibilities

Management of the clients email marketing calendar working closely with trading and brand teams to prioritise and ensure timely execution and organisation.
Support in email workflow set up, testing, proofing and scheduling within Adobe campaign.
Oversee and manage triggered email and store email scheduling and deployment.
Oversee and develop email test plan reporting back on results and insights to wider business teams.
Support ongoing development and implementation of their reward club initiatives eg. competitions, rewards and benefits - monitoring results and impact.

Knowledge & Skills

Mail knowledge (HTML, CSS)
Organised and proactive
Campaign management experience
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Project/timeline management skills
Ability to focus on results & outcomes
Commercially minded
Demonstrative experience of using packages such as Adobe
Email marketing experience across customer acquisition, retention and re-engagement
Experience within retail/trade marketing
Ideally, experience with loyalty programme management
