Our client, one of the UK's leading healthcare and mobility product manufacturers based in Surrey are looking to appoint a PPC Executive on a permanent full time basis.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, primarily responsible for all paid digital marketing duties in assisting the marketing team objectives in designing, implementing and managing multiple digital lead generation strategies, whilst achieving company sales targets within defined budgeted spend for all the Group brands.

Job description:

- Plan, optimise, implement and manage the company's pay per click campaigns within defined objectives, profitably.
- Set up multi-channel social ads based on campaign objective i.e. reach, engagements, views, conversions etc.
- Implementing the paid social media strategy across multiple brand portfolios
- Maximising return on investment for allocated pay per click budget.
- A/B testing with pay per click wording, creative, demographic and targeting methods to establish the best cost per lead.
- Using Google analytics to ensure pay per click campaigns are targeting the optimum demographics by brand.
- Creating reports on campaign success and reporting these to senior management.
- Develop campaigns, copywriting, test landing pages and writing development plans as required for each brand objective.
- Collaborating with creative agency to produce creative for all campaigns.
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to brand websites.
- Optimizing existing campaigns and maximising return on investment.
- Analysis of keyword search volumes to identify strong keywords for campaigns
- Analysing return on investment of all PPC campaigns and reporting to senior management
- Maintaining and monitoring keyword bids and monthly budget caps
- Keyword research to establish strong buying keywords
- Monitoring competitors pay per click campaigns and reporting on keywords being targeted
- To share regular best practice updates with the team
- Attend weekly meeting/conference calls with affiliates and digital agencies to ensure all the digital projects are on track and everyone is up to speed with their campaign pacing

Requirements of the role:

- Previous experience with managing search, display, programmatic and social pay per click campaigns for a variety of organisations.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to translate campaign briefs into results.
- A proactive self-starter capable of managing their own workload and prioritising on the fly in a busy environment.
- Demonstrable experience in analysis of search, social and product data and metrics with robust reporting and presentation skills
- Strong communicator at all levels
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, AdWords & Google Analytics is essential
- Experience in dealing with digital/social campaigns
