Regional Sales Manager Capital Projects (SOUTH)

£38,000 - £42,000 – Company Car (BMW 3 Series) or Car Allowance £450 per month; Pension + Health Cover + up to 20% of salary in commission.

Home Based – Covering M25 Area (75% of customers bases in Thames Valley area)

The Company

Specialises in selling pumping solutions and waste water aeration products globally.

The Role

This is a broad and challenging role, comprising of driving the success of product sales activities through strategic market expansion, new business development and creating a more customer responsive business model. You will be developing sales of capital waste water aeration products and associated equipment (pumps, mixers, aerators) from the UK product portfolio to existing and new customers within the designated region. Customers will include but not be confined to water companies, contractors, consultants and industrial users.

The Person

The essential ingredients for the successful person include a genuine enthusiasm and passion for the industry, as well as excellent commercial customer handling and communication skills.

Necessary skills and experience include:


A background knowledge in aeration equipment sales.

Ideal product backgrounds include pumps, compressors, seals, generators, couplings or pressure vessels; and other products associated with wastewater.

A track record in new business development including key customer relationship development and negotiation.

A team player who possesses a positive attitude and is keen to make the most of every opportunity you make for yourself.

Strategic sales and vision for growth are also key facets for the role.
