We are recruiting for a 1st Line Support Technician to join our local, modern client based in Newton Abbot.

This excellent opportunity offers a competitive rate of pay ranging from £180-£225 per day (DOE), holiday pay and there is free parking available on site.

Purpose of the role is to respond and resolve ICT incidents, ensuring all records are up to date and liaising with the system users.

This vacancy begins on a temporary basis with the view to becoming permanent for the right candidate and subject to the business needs.

To fully thrive in this role, you will have a proven record of providing exceptional levels of technical support i.e. Windows 2008, XP, AD, Outlook, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, combined with strong customer service skills and if you are CompTIA, MCSA/MCP accredited – even better!

Due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant will have a current enhanced DBS check.

*The first two weeks are x5 full days, moving to 2 days per week from there on.
