My Client is a successful organisation based within the Kirkcaldy area. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a temporary ongoing basis.

This will be working part time and there is flexibility around working days and hours.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive debt management of accounts receivable ledger to ensure that customers pay within agreed terms
  • Daily cash allocations on system
  • Reporting of overdue debts to management
  • Responsible for external / internal query resolution

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Solid credit control experience
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally, written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills which should include MS Excel
  • Confident negotiating and problem solving skills
  • Able to use your own initiative and prioritise effectively to achieve workload
  • Able to work in a busy, team environment
