Fundraising Assistant (Trust / Corporate Fundraising) Our client is a national charity that’s been supporting people with learning disabilities since 1962. Position: Trust and Corporate Fundraising Officer Location: Central Support Officer, Whitefriars, Bristol BS1 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: £20,637 per annum Closing date: Wednesday 14 March 2018 Shortlisting date – Friday 16 March 2018 Interview date: Wednesday 21 March 2018 About the role: This role is an excellent opportunity to join a team of highly successful and experienced fundraisers to utilise and enhance your skills to make a key contribution to the people they support, ensuring they have every chance to live the best life possible. Working as part of the Funding Partnerships Team (FP), you will be part of a driven and high achieving team. You will be responsible for supporting the team in all aspects of trust and corporate fundraising, identifying and writing applications for small-medium size grants or CSR programmes. Key responsibilities will include researching new trusts, foundations and corporate sponsors to maintain a prospect pipeline. You will also produce high quality funding applications to small - medium size trusts and grant giving bodies as well as managing the account portfolio of existing trust and corporate donors in order to maximise income. About you: As a Trust and Corporate Fundraising Officer you will need to have an understanding of trust or corporate fundraising, have excellent oral and written communications skills and have the ability to work across with various stakeholders.
