Our client are a large, leading, and fast growing customer focussed organisation based in Staffordshire. They have an urgent requirement for a Service Operations Manager to work with 3rd parties and key internal stakeholders and coordinate and manage the IT service delivery in a fast paced environment, across a large infrastructure.

Key requirements for the role include;

• Excellent management skills with experience of managing internal delivery teams including a Service Desk.
• Experience of managing outsourced service delivery teams.
• Experience of managing multiple third-party relationships.
• Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience in implementing service improvement programs.
• Experienced in communication with and managing senior business stakeholders.
• Experience of managing cloud based services.
