My client is seeking an MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR to start as soon as possible. The candidate must have the following skills:

Good Communication
Time Management
High IT Skills
Be driven to improve and develop business

The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following:

•provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
•maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Alongside this, adding prospects to the customer relationship database.
•open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
•perform data entry and scan documents
•manage calendar for Managing Director
•assist in resolving any administrative problems
•run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
•answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
•prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
•schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
•maintain office supplies for department

My client has specified that they are looking for an individual with previous experience in a marketing assistant role OR a graduate with a marketing assistant degree.

Working hours are Monday to Friday either 08:30am-5:00pm / 09:00am-5:30pm.
