Service desk Analyst/Helpdesk Analyst/1st/2nd Line Support Analyst
Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst . IT Support Person required to work on a busy HelpDesk for an IT Services company based in Blandford. You'll be joining an energetic and fast paced IT Support team providing 1st/2nd line IT technical support. Predominantly you will be working with the IT support of Windows and Active Directory, Microsoft Office including Outlook, etc. You'll be responsible for dealing with some second line support issues as far as possible & ensure appropriate escalation to other IT resource if unable to resolve in a timely manner. You will also have opportunity to carry out some IT Project based work.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year's Helpdesk / Service Desk experience to progress their career working within an exciting and evolving environment.
