Based in the heart of Wilmslow, Ashley Howard is one of the North Wests leading financial reclaim experts. Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are seeking team members to join the existing Customer administration team.

As a member of the Customer administration team you will be responsible for liaising with customers to obtain information and provide updates as well as finance providers to identify mis-sold insurance products.

Closing Date:
Salary: £14,000 - £16,000 p/a
Holidays: 20 days paid holiday p.a. plus public holidays.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm / Friday 9am - 5pm.
Essential Criteria:

Excellent communication skills.
Confident on the phone.
Ability to work under their own initiative as well as being a team player.
Good organizational skills.
High attention to detail.
Competent in the use of computers & Microsoft office programs.
Responsibilities and Duties

Duties will include but not limited to: -

Inputting client’s information.
Liaising with the banks and lenders, verbally and through our CRM system.
Contacting customers requesting further information and providing updates.
General administration duties.
Adhering to all regulatory obligations.
Qualifications and Skills

Although previous customer service / administration experience would be preferable a candidate with a willingness to learn and who fits the essential criteria would be considered for this role in this rapidly growing company.
