Sales Administrator - Reading

I am recruiting for an excellent company within the maintenance sector, who are looking for a sales administrator to support the sales team as part of a new position which has been created as a result of success and growth across the last 18 months.

The Role

This is a challenging but rewarding role where on a day to day basis you will be responsible for liaising with the sales team by raising invoices and purchase orders, administering sales and quotations, writing letters to customers, preparing reports as well as any other documentation that is required to support the sales staff. At times it can be very busy, and you’ll be pushed to meet deadlines at short notice, so you’ll be resilient and motivated to make sure this happens. You’ll be working Monday – Friday 8-5, in the Reading branch reporting into the Branch Manager.

What’s required from you?

* Demonstrable administration experience, ideally within the construction/maintenance sectors
* An eye for details – accuracy is required at all times
* Excellent organisational skills and a good telephone manner
* Advanced skills with Microsoft office packages
