What does the role offer you….?

* Competitive salary range dependent on experience. From circa £23k+ for a suitable graduate with the right attitude and relevant skills up to £30k+ for candidates with additional specific industry experience, knowledge and skillsets.

Responsibilities of the role include….

* Review and monitor bespoke software to highlight further energy savings opportunities as well as project results, utility consumption trends and anomalies
* Identify energy reduction strategies; not just behavioural changes on-site but where energy management and saving products could be utilised e.g. controls/automation.
* Contributing to analytic ideas and features for future software development
* Evaluate before and after scenarios to determine projected benefits in energy reduction and efficiency, and potential payback/ROI.
* Effectively present information and findings in proposals and reports, to support new business development, and to advise and guide existing customers on their ongoing energy management strategy and activities.
* Summarise and compare information from customer site energy audits/surveys versus site energy consumption information.
* Identifying software improvement options and bugs

Is this you…?

* Must be confident and competent in data analysis especially in MS Excel (up to Macro level).
* Experience in electrical engineering, energy management and/or measurement & verification an advantage
* Experience in MathLab would be ideal, but not essential.
* Excellent communicator able to produce professional client-ready documents, reports and proposals in MS PowerPoint and other Office products.
* Innovative and creative – good problem solver, providing proactive advice and solutions.
* Awareness and/or experience with Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) desirable.
* Well organised and capable of dealing with multiple projects.
* Well-mannered/presented.
* Good accuracy and attention to detail.
* Commercially numerate.
* Ideally a driver with transport.
