We are looking for three Business Development Executives to join our sales team, to help us to deliver our ambitious growth plans. You will focus on developing new business through our existing broker markets, nurturing and growing these relationships to ensure maximum profitability of each account.

Who are we?
British Engineering Services is an engineering testing, inspection, certification and technical support business with a steep heritage dating back to 1859. We have two main channels to market – directly to customers and via brokers. In this role you will be dedicated to the broker market.

What will you be doing?
You will be generating sales revenue by:

Following up on high quality (warm) leads, generated from direct marketing, social media, HubSpot and website queries
Developing relationships with our broker clients, maximising sales conversions
Reviewing customer information and making informed decisions related to accounts
What are we looking for?
You will be able to demonstrate:

Experience in sales role, ideally phone based in a B2B sales environment
Previous success achieving sales targets
Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills
Customer focused mentality
You don’t need experience within engineering - we’ll make sure you know everything you need to know about our world of cranes, boilers, fork-lift trucks, pumps, conveyors, bulldozers and everything else so you can speak to brokers with confidence.
