You will spend your time leading a group of Managers, ensuring their settings are commercially performing as well as showcasing your coaching and mentoring skills to ensure your Managers remain focussed and motivated to achieve success. You will be a natural born leader who can inspire others to reach their goals and potential targets.

We’re looking for someone who has proven track record of improving performance and growing the business year on year. You will have experience of multi-site management and you will be accountable for the performance of up to 20+ settings. You will have an eye for excellent detail and won’t shy away from getting the job done.

This role is field based in Scotland (specifically Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen); however monthly travel to Manchester and Chesham, will be required.
