This is an opportunity to work with an established, forward thinking technology company who specialise in the creation of process control and automation systems.

As Engineering Manager you would manage the Project Engineering, Design, and Software Teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery by providing technical and commercial support to the Project Engineers and Designers.
• Monitor and review projects regularly to ensure delivery complies with project scope and that variations are identified and claimed in a timely manner.
• Carry out appraisals with the Project Engineering, Design, and Software Staff to develop and ensure the correct skill-sets for the business

Knowledge and Experience Required:

• 5+ years process and/or controls/automation engineering experience
• Experienced in management of teams within a technical discipline
• Delivering projects within contractual terms
• Proven track record of successful project delivery to time and budget
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
