A fantastic opportunity has become available for our expanding client in Exeter. They are seeking an Account Manager to join their team.

The main duties include:

· Have a proven successful history of client management with previous experience in a similar role

· Manage regular communication with Distributors/Sales Agents and Master Trainers - answering and actioning their day to day queries.

· Report to management monthly on sales projections/issues/relationships

· Oversee the sales of training programmes

· Be responsible for ensuring that training days are run efficiently, effectively and to the relevant standards and that following the training day by the relevant organisation on-boarding is completed and customer feedback is taken. Reporting back to management.

· Manage online training sales and follow up.

· Manage the day to day relationship with key organisations and contacts in the UK and internationally, both immediately after sale and on an ongoing basis, including regular after-sales calls and follow up.

The ideal candidate must have:

· Previous experience in a similar role.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

· Proven sales track record.

· An interest in sports and well-being.
