Calling all Exhibition/Stands Project Managers!

Are you looking for an exciting new position in the South West? (near Exeter)

My valued clients are offering a rare opportunity to join their International Team of Project Managers, supporting clients in the UK and overseas with their Exhibition Stands/Services.

Travel is an essential part of this role and you MUST have extensive experience of the manufacture AND construction of exhibition stands. (Ideally 5 years+)

You will have exceptional communication skills and be confident liaising directly with customers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Planning, creating and executing projects (including quotes)

Managing multiple projects throughout the whole process

Negotiate costs with suppliers and order required materials

Manage project teams efficiently on site

Risk assessments

Reduce project risk exposure

Desired Skills and Abilities

You will be confident managing the project discovery phase, dealing effectively with clients whilst communicating the brief to both the Design Team and wider Project Team.

Motivate all individuals to enhance the team

Be actively involved in project meetings

Surpass client's expectations and manage day to day interaction

Liaise with organisers/clients to ensure essential documentation is completed

Helping the wider team with client engagement where needed

Communicate all aspects of the project with 3rd parties, i.e quality control, material procurement and production

Confident working both independently and with the Project Teams

Supply reports (following project completion) and help other PM's with post show analysis

Salary is negotiable depending on your skills and experience for this role.
