Best known for our world famous Flower Shows and our Gardens, our charitable work is diverse and includes connecting millions of children with nature through the RHS Campaign for School Gardening, managing RHS Britain in Bloom, Europe’s largest community gardening campaign, and conducting pioneering horticultural science research.

Leading on the horticultural and editorial content of our world class shows, the Head of Shows Development is a senior manager role, reporting into the Director of Shows. In the diverse and ever-changing world of horticulture RHS Flower Shows demonstrate the best in horticulture in unique, creative and inspiring ways. Our impressive portfolio of shows includes the world renowned Chelsea Flower Show, Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, Tatton Park Flower Show, Chatsworth Flower Show and several other premium events.

This a truly exciting role where you will lead a highly motivated team ensuring we continue to deliver exemplar shows bringing innovation and creative ideas into action.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced horticultural professional. You will have strong commercial, marketing and management skills and enjoy motivating and working within a senior team.

You will need to have a proactive attitude, be a great communicator and have an extensive knowledge of the UK Horticultural scene.
