Channel Marketing Manager
To support the development and delivery of the Marketing & Communications strategy and wider integrated marketing activities.

-To develop and deliver the direct to scheme marketing plan, integrating this within the overall Marketing & Communications strategy to improve both the profile and effectiveness of the organisations brand marketing.
-Work with key stakeholders to assess, define and develop the direct to scheme marketing plan and collateral focusing on the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns in order to support the acquisition of new Defined Benefit schemes within the target market.
-To create sales collateral to promote brand awareness of product proposition and develop engagement opportunities for the Direct to Sales team within the selected target audience and sectors.
-To work with the Head of Direct to Scheme Sales to manage the delivery of external telemarketing lead generation / appointment setting agency, in order to deliver on agreed targets to support the Direct to Sales team.
-To work with other members of the Marketing and Communication team to develop and enhance PR, digital and marketing collateral to promote and communicate the organisation brand and proposition, across all Sales Channels, ensuring these are current and relevant to the target audience.
-To engage and manage external agencies, ensuring projects are delivered to required timescales and budget.
-To support the Marketing & Communications Manager to create, develop and deliver brand / acquisition campaigns to agreed deliverable and lead wider Marketing projects where required.
-To deputise, as required, on key management and marketing issues in the absence of the Marketing & Communications Manager to ensure the success of the Marketing and Communications business initiatives.
- Degree in Marketing or Business
- Experience of managing, coaching and developing a team
- Experience in marketing in and Financial Services (B2B and B2C)
- Experience of managing and developing integrated marketing campaigns with a primary focus on acquisition
-Experience of developing marketing propositions and direct marketing campaigns
-Experience of building relationships and working with customer relationship teams (new business development)
-Experience of managing external telemarketing agency for lead generation / appointment setting opportunities.
A permanent position with an attractive salary paying between £50-£65k.
