My client, a global events and training provider, with stunning offices in Central London, seeks an Events Operation Coordinator to work within a busy and dynamic events team.

The successful candidate will be confident, organised, team orientated and ideally would have had some events admin / organisational experience.

Main duties of the Events Operations Assistant will include;

Liaise with and be the main point of contact for guest speakers

Brief venues on requirements and configurations

Negotiate with suppliers (AV Co’s, printers, design Co’s)

Organise signage, drinks receptions, site visits, book flights, prepare delegate badges

Manage staff at event, set-up and man registration desk

Post event administration; invoice organisation, database administration, feedback forms etc

Starting salary up to 23K plus bens
