This is a graduate job. Salary: £18-22,000.


Key responsibilities of the role:


•Work closley with the Training Coordinator regarding logistics and course delivery operations.

•Provide regular contact with trainers and external venues, regarding logistics and customer needs.

•Liaise with other members of the team on a daily basis on key projects.

•Meet with the events team on a weekly basis regading venue hand-over.

•Handle multiple projects with concurrent and aggressive deadlines; juggling multiple priorities efficiently.

•Proactively organise communication to ensure delviery logstiscs are on track.

•Highlight risks and assumptions in a positive manner.

•Escalate or resolve major issues that may affect client/delegate relationship or course quality/delivery.


Key candidate requirements of this role:


•You are organised, methodical and have a meticulous eye for detail.

•A grasp of digital marketing and a passion to learn more.

•Ability to work with differing personalities and teams to achieve successful project completion.

•Personable, consultative approach.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

•Ability to multi-task and work effectively on several active projects at any one time.

•Proactive and independent working style with experience of carrying out a range of administrative tasks.

•Commercially minded.
