The school

A Comprehensive School for boys with a mixed Sixth Form in Central London is looking for a qualified Economics Teacher. The school are proud of their diverse school community which is multi-faith, multi-cultural and a true reflection of the modern city we live in today. Teachers and support staff at the school are hard-working and highly committed to delivering the curriculum in a fun and vibrant manner. Students are well behaved in and outside of lessons which allows teachers to deliver their lessons without any hinderances. The school is located a short distance from either Victoria Station or St. James’s Station and close to Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

The role

The Director of Economics is looking to appoint a dynamic, passionate and knowledgeable teacher to join their department on a full-time basis to start after Easter. The role is a combination of KS4 classroom teaching as well as delivering A Level lessons to Sixth Form students. The successful teacher would have previous experience teaching GCSE and A Level Economics. You will have the ability to build rapport and engage all pupils, ensuring that their learning is maximised and results are achieved.
