We have an exciting opportunity to join a company in Milton Park for a long term temporary assignment. This well-established business works within the technology sector and brings significant benefits and impact to its clients. They are an international company and are looking for proven Technical Helpdesk Operatives to join their friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting clients through multi-channels including telephone, emails, the company website and social media.
• Providing 1st line response through troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Maintain a clear, honest and consistent communication with the customer throughout.
• Ensure all calls are logged on the company database with accurate information and in a timely manner.
• To prioritise calls in order or urgency and importance.

Key Sills:
• Strong customer service skills are a must with the ability to communicate effectively via the different channels.
• Good technical IT knowledge – including use of Windows and Mac.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Calm and logical approach to problem solving.

Please note this position will involve working shifts on a 5 in every 7 days basis Monday to Sunday
